Carlsbad Forum-Tree Lighting & Holiday Celebration

Location: 1923 Calle Barcelona, near North El Camino Real in the La Costa area of Carlsbad

Come and join Santa and the elves get into the holiday spirit. The day after Thanksgiving will be festive at the Forum. Refreshments and live entertainment as well as activities and free horse-drawn carriage rides for the kids! Every Saturday & Sunday from Thanksgiving until Christmas the Forum will feature live entertainment!

Encinitas Holiday "Seasons GreeNings" Parade

Location: Lumberyard shopping center courtyard on the east side of Coast Highway 101

Time: Tree lighting at 5pm, parade starts at 5:30pm.

Become a part of Encinitas Christmas tradition. Come and view the parade heading south along Coast Highway 101 from D Street to J Street. This year's theme is "Seasons GreeNings" celebrating all things environmental friendly. If you would like to be one of these 100 entries walking in the parade, call (760) 633-2740.

Holiday at The Rancho- Rancho Carrillo Park Holiday Festivities

6200 Flying L.C. Lane, Carlsbad, CA

Time: 5:00pm-8:00pm

Tickets: $5.00 pre sale until Dec 2^nd. $8.00 at the door.

Historic Rancho Carrillo transitions into a version of Whoville (complete with Grinch). Come enjoy tree lighting, pictures with Santa, family cookie decorating, Grinch crafts, a visit by the Grinch, homemade arts & crafts, and a viewing of the Grinch movie.

Christmas in the Poway Park

Join this festive celebration as members of the community enjoy an old-fashioned Christmas. Tree lighting will be at 5:20pm, and Santa arrives at 5:30pm. Face painting, music, arts & crafts, tap dancing performances, and steam locomotive rides are all part of the fun!

The magical surroundings of the mission will be festively and beautifully in Christmas decorations. The mission will feature caroling greeters and stations set up to taste the hosted by a variety of local restaurateurs.
